Mango Ice Cream:-
▪Mango chunks........ 400 gms
▪Condensed Milk ..........1/2 cup
▪Whipping cream......1 cup
▪Mango small chunks....1/2 cup
Direction:-
▪︎Add Mango chunks and condensed milk in the blender and set aside.
▪︎Whipped the whipping cream with beater until stiff peaks form.
▪︎Gently fold the Mango mixture and cream together. If you want pure mango color then add few drops of yellow color and add 1/2 cup of small mango chunks in it and mix it.
▪︎Pour into airtight container then freeze for 6 hours or overnight until set.
▪︎Then take out the scoop and decorate with mango chunks and oreo.
