Mash ki daal :-
Ingredients:
â–ªMash daal.......1/2 kg (2 cup)
(White lentil gram)(Soaked for 1 hour)
â–ªOnion................2 medium sized(julian cut)
(Pyaz)
â–ªTomatoes..............2 medium sized (chopped)
(Tamatar)
â–ªOil.............1/2 cup
â–ªGinger garlic paste.........1 tbsp
(Lehsun adrak)
â–ªSalt...........2 tsp
(Namak)
â–ªTurmeric powder.........1/2 tsp
(haldi)
â–ªRed chilli powder.........2 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
â–ªCoriander powder.......1 tsp
( pissa dhaniyan)
â–ªWhole spices powder ........1/2 tsp
(Garam Masala)
â–ªCumin seeds..............1 tsp
(Zeera)
â–ªDried Fenugreek leaves........1 tsp
(Kasuri methi)
â–ªFresh coriander
â–ªGreen chillies
â–ªGinger....(julianne cut)
â–ªwater...............3 glass

Direction:-
â–ªSoaked mash dal for 1 hour and then drain it.
â–ªIn a wok, Heat oil and add onion ,fry until golden brown colour. Now add ginger & garlic paste, mix it and add chopped tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder and cook until tomatoes soften.
â–ªNow add mash daal in it ,mix and cook until oil separates.
â–ªThen add 3 glass of water and boil it then cover and cook for 30 mins on low flame until mash daal fully cooked and water dries.
â–ªThen sprinkle whole spices powder ,Cumin seeds, dry fenugreek leaves, fresh coriander,ginger, green chillies and serve with roti.
