Potato Toffee:-
Ingredients:
■Dough:-
▪Plain flour............ 1cup
▪Salt...........1 /2 tsp
▪Oil...........3 tbsp
▪Carom seeds..........1 /4 tsp
(Ajwain)
▪Cumin seed........1/2 tsp
(Zeera)
▪Water as required
...................................................
■Filling:-
▪Boiled Potatoes............4 medium sized
▪Oil..................2 tbsp
▪Whole Coriander seeds..........1 tsp
▪Green Chilli........1 pc(chopped)
▪Salt...............1 /2 tsp
▪Chaat Masala.......1/2 tsp
▪Red chilli powder..........1/2 tsp
▪Fresh coriander...........2 tbsp (chopped)
▪Gram Flour................4 tbsp
(Besan)

Direction:-

Dough recipe:
▪︎In a bowl,add plain flour, salt, oil, cumin seeds,carom seeds,mix it, then gradually add water & knead it well to make a smooth dough formed. (Neither too soft or too hard).
▪︎Cover it and rest for 10 Minutes.

Filling Mixture:
▪︎In a pan, heat oil, then add coriander seeds, chopped green chillies, salt, Red Chili Powder, Chaat Masala,mix well & fry for a min.
▪︎Now add Gram Flour, fry for 1 min. Then add boiled mashed potatoes, fresh coriander and mix it well.
▪︎Let it cool down the mixture.
▪︎Now take some mixture from the dough.
▪︎Make a small round dough.
▪︎Apply 3-4 cuts with the help of a cutter.
▪︎Take some filling mixture & press it with the help of your hands & put this mixture into that round dough.
▪︎ Now wrap it like a toffee .
▪︎Deep fry these toffees in hot oil at medium flame until golden brown.
▪︎Yummy potato toffee snack is ready.
