Qeema khara masala :-
Ingredients:-
▪Beef/ mutton minced.........1 kg
(Qeema)
▪Oil...........1/2 cup
▪Onion..........4 medium sized
▪Whole Coriander seeds........1 tbsp
(Sabit dhania )
▪Cumin seeds.......1 tsp
(Zeera)
▪Cinnamon stick.......1 pc
(dalchini)
▪Round red chilli........6 pc
(Gol lal mirch)
▪Black cardamom.......1 pc
(bari Elaichi)
▪Ginger paste........1 tbsp
(adrak)
▪Red chilli flakes.......1 tsp
(Kuti lal mirch)
▪Salt........2 tsp
(Namak)
▪Yogurt.......1 cup
(dahi)
▪Green chillies.....4 pcs (julian)
(Sabz mirch)
▪Water...........1/2 glass
▪Fresh coriander as required

Direction:-
▪︎In a wok, heat oil and add onion , saute it.
▪︎Then add whole coriander seeds,cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, round red chilli, balck cardamom and roast it for a few mins.
▪︎Add ginger paste and mix it.
▪︎Now add beef minced (qeema), salt, red chilli flakes in it and mix it for few mins.
▪︎Add water in it and Cover & cook on low flame for 30 mins until beef minced cooked.
▪︎Add whisked yougurt and mix & cook for 10 mins.
▪︎Then add julienne cut green chillies in it and cook for more 5 mins.
▪︎Sprinkle fresh coriander and serve with chutney.
