Sindhi beef biryani:-
Ingredients:
â–ªBasmati Rice..........1 kg(soaked for 1/2 hour & boiled with salt and whole spices)
â–ªBeef tikkah........1 kg
â–ªOil.............1 cup
â–ªGinger garlic paste.......1 tbsp
â–ªOnions...............4 medium sized
â–ªTomatoes...........3 + 1 medium sized
â–ªWater...............4 glass
â–ªYogurt..........1 cup
â–ªPotato........4 (quarter cut)
â–ªSalt.........6 tsp or to taste
â–ªwhole black peppercorn ..........1 tbsp
(sabut kali mirch)
â–ªCumin seeds.........1 tsp
( Zeera)
â–ªClove (laung)...........5 pcs
â–ªblack cardamom pods .........3 pcs
(bari elaichi)
â–ªGreen cardamom..........3 pcs
(Sabz Elaichi)
â–ªRed chilli flakes..........1 tsp
â–ªBay leaf (tez paat)............ 2
â–ªCoriander powder...........2 tsp
(Pissa dhaniya)
â–ªStar anise....... 2 pcs
(Badayan ka phool )
â–ªnutmeg powder(jaifal)......1 tsp
â–ªMace powder(javetri).........1 tsp
â–ªTurmeric powder........1 & 1/2 Tsp
(haldi)
â–ªRed chilli powder.......2 tsp
â–ªWhole spices powder.........11/2 tsp
(Garam masala)
â–ªFresh coriander.......1 bundle
(taza dhania)
â–ªMint.................1 bundle
(Podina)
â–ªDried plums(Aloo bukhara)...............4 pcs
â–ªBiryani essence.......few drops
â–ªYellow color......few drops
â–ªGreen chillies
â–ªLemon
â–ªFried onion
â–ªMint
â–ªfresh Coriander

DIRECTIONS:-
▪︎In a pan, Add oil and onion, fry until golden brown. Separate half cup of the fried onion for garnishing.
▪︎Add ginger garlic paste, mix it .
▪︎Now add beef tikkah and roast it.
▪︎Add tomatoes , salt, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes,coriander powder, turmeric powder, whole spices powder, star anise, whole black pepper corn,cloves, cumin seeds,black cardamom pods,bay leaf, green cardamom, mace powder, nutmeg powder and mix it well.
▪︎Add water, boil it then cover for approx: 2 hours or until beef tenders on low to medium flame.
▪︎Now blend the fresh coriander, Mint, green chillies and yougurt. Green paste is ready.
▪︎After that, add green paste ,alu bukhara and Cook for 7 to 10 mims until desired consistency achieved.
▪︎In another pan, add water, 1/2 tsp of yellow food color ,1/4 tsp of salt, add quarter cut potatoes 4 ,boil it & strain it well, set aside.
▪︎Now take a large pan, layer the beef tikka gravy, boiled rice, again layer the beef tikka gravy and boiled potatoes, then boiled rice layer. Now add few drops of yellow food color, biryani essence, garnish with fried onion,fresh coriander, fresh mint,lemon, Tomatoes and chillies.
▪︎Now cover the pan for 15 minutes on low flame and After that, mix it well.
▪︎Yummy sindhi beef biryani is ready to eat and served with raita.
