Sindhi beef biryani:-
Ingredients:
▪Basmati Rice..........1 kg(soaked for 1/2 hour & boiled with salt and whole spices)
▪Beef tikkah........1 kg
▪Oil.............1 cup
▪Ginger garlic paste.......1 tbsp
▪Onions...............4 medium sized
▪Tomatoes...........3 + 1 medium sized
▪Water...............4 glass
▪Yogurt..........1 cup
▪Potato........4 (quarter cut)
▪Salt.........6 tsp or to taste
▪whole black peppercorn ..........1 tbsp
(sabut kali mirch)
▪Cumin seeds.........1 tsp
( Zeera)
▪Clove (laung)...........5 pcs
▪black cardamom pods .........3 pcs
(bari elaichi)
▪Green cardamom..........3 pcs
(Sabz Elaichi)
▪Red chilli flakes..........1 tsp
▪Bay leaf (tez paat)............ 2
▪Coriander powder...........2 tsp
(Pissa dhaniya)
▪Star anise....... 2 pcs
(Badayan ka phool )
▪nutmeg powder(jaifal)......1 tsp
▪Mace powder(javetri).........1 tsp
▪Turmeric powder........1 & 1/2 Tsp
(haldi)
▪Red chilli powder.......2 tsp
▪Whole spices powder.........11/2 tsp
(Garam masala)
▪Fresh coriander.......1 bundle
(taza dhania)
▪Mint.................1 bundle
(Podina)
▪Dried plums(Aloo bukhara)...............4 pcs
▪Biryani essence.......few drops
▪Yellow color......few drops
▪Green chillies
▪Lemon
▪Fried onion
▪Mint
▪fresh Coriander

DIRECTIONS:-
▪︎In a pan, Add oil and onion, fry until golden brown. Separate half cup of the fried onion for garnishing.
▪︎Add ginger garlic paste, mix it .
▪︎Now add beef tikkah and roast it.
▪︎Add tomatoes , salt, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes,coriander powder, turmeric powder, whole spices powder, star anise, whole black pepper corn,cloves, cumin seeds,black cardamom pods,bay leaf, green cardamom, mace powder, nutmeg powder and mix it well.
▪︎Add water, boil it then cover for approx: 2 hours or until beef tenders on low to medium flame.
▪︎Now blend the fresh coriander, Mint, green chillies and yougurt. Green paste is ready.
▪︎After that, add green paste ,alu bukhara and Cook for 7 to 10 mims until desired consistency achieved.
▪︎In another pan, add water, 1/2 tsp of yellow food color ,1/4 tsp of salt, add quarter cut potatoes 4 ,boil it & strain it well, set aside.
▪︎Now take a large pan, layer the beef tikka gravy, boiled rice, again layer the beef tikka gravy and boiled potatoes, then boiled rice layer. Now add few drops of yellow food color, biryani essence, garnish with fried onion,fresh coriander, fresh mint,lemon, Tomatoes and chillies.
▪︎Now cover the pan for 15 minutes on low flame and After that, mix it well.
▪︎Yummy sindhi beef biryani is ready to eat and served with raita.
