Fried Mutton chops:
Ingredients:-
▪Mutton chops.......1 kg
(Bakre ki chaap)
▪Ginger garlic paste........1 tbsp
(Lehsun and adrak)
▪Black pepper........1 tsp
(Kali mirch)
▪Salt............1 tsp
(Namak)
▪Green chillies...........2 pcs
(sabz mirch)
▪Water.............1 glass
(Pani)

■ Pakora chops:
▪Gram flour........1/2 cup
(Besan)
▪Rice flour..........2 tbsp
(chawal ka atta)
▪Vinegar........2 tbsp
▪Chilli sauce......2 tbsp
▪Soya sauce.......1 tbsp
▪Salt........1/2 tsp
(Namak)
▪Paprika.......1 tsp
▪Dried Fenugreek......1 tsp
(kasuri methi)
▪Cumin powder........1 tsp
(pissa zeera)
▪Red chilli flakes......1 tsp
(Druffle mirche)

■Crispy chops:
●Egg..........1
(anda)
▪Milk.........3 tbsp
(Doodh)
▪Black pepper......1/2 tsp
(Kali mirch)
▪Salt.........1/2 tsp
(namak)

●Plain flour.......1/2 cup
(Maida)
▪Black pepper......1/2 tsp
(Kali mirch)
▪Salt ........1/4 tsp
(Namak)
▪Red chilli flakes.......1 tsp
(Druffle mirche)

Direction:-
▪︎In a wok, add mutton chops,ginger garlic paste,black pepper, salt, green chillies, water and mix it.
▪︎Cover it and cook for 30 to 35 mins on low to medium flame until mutton tenders.

1- Pakora Chops:
▪︎In a bowl, add gram flour,rice flour,salt paprika,dried Fenugreek, cumin powder,red chilli flakes, vinegar, chilli sauce , soya sauce and water as required to make a liquidity paste.
▪︎Now dip the cooked mutton chops in the pakora batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.

2-Crispy chops:
▪︎In a bowl, add egg,milk, black pepper, salt and whisk it well.
▪︎In another bowl, add plain flour,black pepper, salt, red chilli flakes and mix it.
▪︎Now firstly dip cooked mutton chops in the egg mixture, then fully coat in the plain flour mixture and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
▪︎2 types of fried mutton chops is ready to eat.
